Chartering a boat can be very simple. The booking procedure can be easily explained through these steps:
Choosing a boat – After you browsed through our listed offer of yacht models and found a preferred vessel you should contact us (hitting the Send Inquiry button or sending an E-mail) so we could provide you with the precise offer (which may include discounts). It is very important that you inform us about fallowing data: date of charter period, port of embarkation/disembarkation, number of persons on-board, number of preferred cabins or berths, and other relevant data. We will replay your inquiry as soon as possible offering you your preferred yacht or other suitable yacht depending on availability. Please note that availability of each yacht changes constantly so it is important that we receive your feedback as soon as possible.
Putting an option on the boat – Once you have received our offer you can either continue with the immediate booking or you can decide to put an option on a certain yacht. This means that the yacht will be put on hold in your name for a few days, giving you additional time to make a final decision or some other travel arrangements such as flight tickets. Please note that it is not possible to put an option on Last Minute offers.
Confirming the charter – Once you have decided to book the yacht we will send you Charter Contract which contains terms and conditions of your charter. You should return to us the signed contract and a copy of down payment as soon as possible. It is usually requested that a 50% down payment is immediately payed when signing a Contract, and the balance payment is to be paid 60 days before the departure date. For bookings made within 60 days before the departure full payment shall be remitted at once. The booking procedure is considered to be confirmed only when we receive signed Charter Contract and a down payment. Upon making your complete charter payment we will send you a voucher containing all necessary information concerning your embarkation.
